Dubai,:Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced adjusted service hours for all its services during the upcoming Eid Al Adha holiday, corresponding to the Islamic year 1446H. The revised timings will apply from Wednesday, 4th June to Sunday, 8th June 2025, covering customer service centres, public transport, marine services, parking, and vehicle testing.

Customer Happiness Centres
All RTA Customer Happiness Centres will remain closed for the duration of the holiday. However, Smart Customer Happiness Centres located in Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, and RTA’s Head Office will continue to operate 24/7, ensuring uninterrupted digital service.

Technical Testing and Service Provider Centres
Service provider centres, including vehicle testing services, will be closed from 5th to 7th June. Limited technical testing will resume on Sunday, 8th June at selected centres: Tasjeel Al-Tawar, AutoPro Al-Mankhool, Tasjeel Al-Awir, Al Yalayis, and Shamil Muhaisnah. Full services across all centres will recommence on Monday, 9th June 2025.

Public Transport Services
• Dubai Metro: All Red and Green Line stations will operate daily from 5:00 am to 1:00 am (next day) between 4th and 7th June.
• Dubai Tram: Services will run daily from 6:00 am to 1:00 am (next day) during the same period.
• Dubai Bus: Commuters are advised to check the S’hail app for detailed bus schedules. Notably, Route E100 from Al Ghubaiba Bus Station will be suspended from 4th to 8th June. Travelers heading to Abu Dhabi are advised to use Route E101 from Ibn Battuta Bus Station. Route E102 will operate directly from Al Jafiliya Bus Station to Zayed International Airport, bypassing Ibn Battuta and Musaffah.

Marine Transport
Marine service schedules are available through the official RTA portal at rta.ink/4ieNSa0, offering detailed information for ferry, abra, and water taxi users.

Public Parking
Public parking will be free from 5th to 8th June, with the exception of multi-level parking terminals, which will continue to charge standard rates.

The RTA encourages all residents and visitors to plan their journeys in advance and use digital services where possible to ensure a smooth and safe Eid Al Adha celebration.
