Dubai: As part of the Dubai Government Excellence Program, the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) hosted a high-level meeting titled “Partners for Progress.” The event brought together director generals and representatives from major government entities, including the Community Development Authority, Legal Affairs, and Dubai Sports Council.
The meeting focused on enhancing cooperation, knowledge exchange, and improving government service quality. Officials discussed strategies for resource management, operational efficiency, and institutional performance.The initiative aligns with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, aiming to build a more unified and efficient government.

GDRFA Director General Lt. Gen. Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri highlighted that leadership today is defined by collective impact, not individual achievements.Today’s leadership is measured not through individual achievements, but through collective influence,” said Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of GDRF Dubai. He further explained that the Directorate hosting this meeting not only represents an organization showcasing excellent performance but also highlights its role in building cooperation models, and that Dubai’s government excellence is further strengthened by this initiative through strategic collaboration and integration.
