Sharjah: His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the UAE Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, has approved AED 100 million in compensation for owners of old houses in Al Madam.Previously, Sheikh Dr. Sultan had allocated AED 250,000 per family to 200 homeowners whose aging houses had been replaced.With this additional AED 100 million, the compensation amount per family has now increased to AED 750,000.This move reflects the Sharjah Ruler’s ongoing commitment to fully support families transitioning to new homes and to ensure them a stable start and a dignified standard of living.
