Dubai: On the occasion of the Islamic New Year (Hijri Year 1447 AH), the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) Dubai has announced the working hours for its offices on the official public holiday, which falls on Friday, June 27, 2025.
On this day, the Customer Happiness Center at Terminal 3 (Arrivals Hall) of Dubai International Airport will remain open 24 hours. Additionally, the Customer Happiness Center in Al Aweer will operate from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, GDRFA Dubai confirmed.
The authority emphasized that all necessary measures have been taken to ensure smooth and uninterrupted services on the holiday, allowing customers to access services easily and complete transactions on time.It also highlighted that its digital services are available 24/7 via the official website www.gdrfad.gov.ae, as well as through the GDRFA Dubai and DubaiNow mobile applications. These platforms are encouraged for public use to help save time and effort while enhancing the customer experience.
