Dubai: AX CAPITAL has announced a strategic partnership with GFS Developments to lead the international sales strategy for key Dubai real estate projects, including Coventry Gardens and Coventry 66.
The collaboration marks a move away from multi-broker distribution, creating a curated, tech-driven sales ecosystem targeting global investors. AX CAPITAL will serve as the preferred global sales and marketing partner, with dedicated investment desks launching in cities like London, Frankfurt, Paris, Istanbul, and Mumbai.

The partnership will offer multilingual investment support, AI-driven onboarding, virtual reality walkthroughs, and region-specific ROI tools to enhance investor experience. Co-branded roadshows are set to kick off across the UAE, UK, and France this month.
GFS General Manager Michael Collings emphasized creating “a blueprint for global real estate,” while AX CAPITAL’s David James Pugh highlighted the goal to deliver “a smarter, simpler, and performance-driven experience.”
The event also featured Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui, underscoring Dubai’s growing appeal to global investors and celebrities.
This alliance aims to capture rising demand from European, Middle Eastern, and South Asian investors as Dubai’s property market continues its record growth trajectory.
