Dubai: UAE-based packaging leader Hotpack has been awarded the prestigious EcoVadis Gold Medal, placing it among the top 5% of over 150,000 companies globally assessed for sustainability, ethics, and corporate social responsibility.Hotpack scored an impressive 80 out of 100 across EcoVadis’ four key sustainability criteria – environment, labor & human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement – with a 97th percentile ranking overall.Group CEO & MD Abdul Jebbar PB called the recognition a validation of Hotpack’s long-standing commitment to reducing environmental impact, promoting ethical governance, and supporting worker rights. “From energy-efficient production to responsible sourcing, this milestone reflects our values and future vision,” he said.The company has progressed from a ‘Committed’ rating in 2024 to the Gold level this year, underlining its rapid strides in ESG performance.
