Dubai, UAE – The National KMCC has announced the launch of its flagship initiative Career First, aimed at creating employment opportunities in the UAE’s education sector, including teaching and a wide range of supporting roles.

At a press conference, KMCC leaders said that applications submitted through the dedicated Google Form will be carefully reviewed, and the profiles of eligible candidates will be shared with school authorities to ensure suitable placements.

In addition to teaching positions, the program also extends to roles such as bus monitors, store in-charge, maintenance staff, receptionists, cashiers, and drivers. Interested candidates can apply until August 31, after which shortlisted applicants will be invited to participate in the Career First recruitment event scheduled for September 13.

Dr. Puthur Rahman (President), P.K. Anwar Naha (Secretary), and Ziyad (Career First Director) highlighted that five leading education groups in the UAE have already pledged their support for this year’s initiative.

They further noted that in the future, the program will expand to offer opportunities in other sectors as well. Last year’s Career First initiative witnessed participation from thousands of students and job seekers, reflecting its growing impact in the community.
