Sharjah : As part of the upcoming 44th Sharjah International Book Fair, scheduled to be held from November 5 to 16 at the Sharjah Expo Centre, contributions are now being invited for Bookish, the literary bulletin released annually during the fair.
Writers and literature enthusiasts are encouraged to submit original works, including mini-stories, short poems, personal experiences, and nostalgic memoirs. Submissions must be sent along with the writer’s passport-size photograph to bookishsibf@gmail.com before October 5.Additionally, expatriate authors who are set to release new titles at the book fair may send their book covers and brief descriptions for inclusion in the bulletin. A special editorial committee will review and select entries for publication.
