The fourth season of Eagle IPA Bizcon 2026, organised at the Sharjah Expo Centre, brought together business leaders, entrepreneurs, and emerging startups from the UAE and Kerala under one roof. The business conclave was jointly organised by the International Promoters Association (IPA) and the Eagle Business Community, with participation from over 500 entrepreneurs.
The event was inaugurated in the presence of Danube Group Founder and Chairman Rizwan Sajan, who attended as the chief guest. Sharing his inspiring journey from humble beginnings in Mumbai to building a real estate empire in Dubai, Sajan highlighted the UAE’s supportive business ecosystem. He described Dubai as one of the most business-friendly cities in the world, citing fair regulations, minimal tax burden, and equal opportunities for entrepreneurs. He also emphasised the role of social media in expanding global business reach.
A major highlight of the conclave was the Success Case Study session, where leaders from prominent companies such as Nellara, Deep Sea Foods, and Hotpack shared insights into their growth journeys and operational strategies.
The event also featured the Voice of Industry panel discussion, moderated by business coach and Eagle Bisgrowth Managing Director Shameem Rafeeq, with panelists from diverse sectors including retail, aviation, healthcare, hospitality, and digital enterprises.
The conclave was presided over by IPA Chairman Riyaz Kilton, while IPA Founder A.K. Faisal outlined the organisation’s vision and mission. The valedictory session was addressed by Aeries Group Chairman Sohan Roy, with former UAE Minister Dr. Mohammed Saeed Al Kindi attending as a guest of honour.
As part of IPA’s 10th anniversary celebrations, a new logo was unveiled, and awards were presented across multiple categories. The event concluded with tributes and acknowledgements to notable contributors and a condolence message for late entrepreneur Dr. C.J. Roy.
