Fezco Group has unveiled its long-term development roadmap, Vision 2040, announcing the launch of 78 new projects with an estimated investment of ₹100 billion. The initiative is expected to create nearly 20,000 employment opportunities across India and the Middle East, significantly boosting regional economic growth.
The Vision 2040 plan focuses on strategic investments in real estate, hospitality, education, and project management across twelve cities. Fezco Group is already executing multiple commercial, residential, and industrial developments as part of its diversified portfolio.
Among the key projects scheduled for launch this year are Fezco Fiora Apartment, Fezco Lumiere Resort, Fezco Zenvia Apartment, Fezco Grandeur Apartment, Fezco Novara Apartment, Fezco Florida Apartment, and the Habit Finishing School. The Fez Inn Hotel at Markaz Knowledge City in Kozhikode is currently operational as an international hospitality hub, while the Fezco Freezia Apartment project nearby is in its final stages.
The group’s education initiatives continue to expand, with Fez Inn Academy offering degree and diploma programmes in hospitality management in collaboration with Yenepoya University. A short-term hospitality management programme is also being conducted jointly with TÜV SÜD, Germany’s leading technical certification body.
The Fezco Fiora Apartment project, covering more than one lakh square feet in Kozhikode, is expected to be launched shortly. In addition, residential projects near Calicut University and a resort development in Wayanad will be formally introduced in the coming months.
As part of the phased rollout, ten projects will be launched in the Malabar region during the first phase. By 2028, the group plans to add 14 projects in Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram. Expansion at the national level is planned by 2030, with 30 projects across Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bhubaneswar. The final phase includes 22 international projects, including integrated townships, in locations such as Dubai and Sharjah.
