Dubai, March 27, 2026:Hotpack, a leading UAE-based packaging products manufacturer, hosted its CEO Excellence Awards 2026 in Dubai, recognizing outstanding employees and teams for their exceptional contributions across various operational areas.
The annual awards ceremony celebrated individuals and teams who demonstrated excellence in leadership, innovation, and performance, contributing significantly to the company’s continued growth and success.
The event was attended by senior leadership, including Founder, Group CEO & Managing Director Abdul Jabbar PB, Co-founder & Group COO Zainudheen PB, and Group CTO Anwar PB, along with other top executives.

From over a thousand nominations, 10 individuals and 8 teams were selected and honored across multiple categories, including Safety Champion, Compliance Excellence, Intrapreneur of the Year, Best Employee, Best Team, and Best Manufacturing Plant.
Winners were awarded gold coins, plaques, and certificates in recognition of their achievements.
