Dubai : Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority has announced operating hours for its services during the Eid al-Adha holiday for 1447 AH / 2026, covering Customer Happiness Centres, Dubai Metro, Dubai Tram, buses, marine transport, vehicle testing centres, and public parking.
According to RTA, all Customer Happiness Centres will remain closed during the Eid holiday. However, the Customer Happiness Centre in Umm Ramool and Smart Kiosks located in Deira, Al Barsha, Al Tawar, Al Kifaf, and the RTA Headquarters will continue operating 24 hours a day throughout the holiday period.
Vehicle testing services at Service Provider Centres will be suspended from Tuesday, May 26, until Friday, May 29, 2026. Regular operations will resume on Saturday, May 30.


The Dubai Metro Red and Green Lines will operate from 5am until 1am the following day on most days during the holiday period, while Sunday services will begin at 8am and continue until 1am.
Meanwhile, the Dubai Tram will operate from 6am until 1am the following day, with Sunday operations starting at 9am.
RTA advised commuters to check the S’hail app for updated public bus schedules during the holiday period.
The authority also announced that Bus Route E100 from Al Ghubaiba Bus Station to Abu Dhabi will be suspended from May 23 to May 31, 2026. Travellers heading to Abu Dhabi during this period have been advised to use Route E101 from Ibn Battuta Bus Station instead.
For marine transport schedules, RTA directed customers to access updated timings through its online information portal.
RTA further confirmed that all public parking across Dubai will be free of charge from Monday, May 25, until Friday, May 29, 2026, except for multi-storey parking terminals, which will continue normal paid operations.
The authority said the updated service timings are intended to ensure smooth mobility and convenient access to transport services for residents and visitors during the Eid holiday period.
