Abu Dhabi: The United Arab Emirates has delivered a new humanitarian aid convoy carrying 40 tonnes of medical supplies and four ambulances to support the healthcare sector in the Gaza Strip amid the ongoing humanitarian crisis.
The aid shipment forms part of the UAE’s ongoing humanitarian initiative, Operation Chivalrous Knight 3, aimed at supporting hospitals, medical teams, and emergency response efforts in Gaza under challenging conditions.
According to officials, the medical supplies and ambulances are intended to strengthen healthcare services and enhance the ability of medical personnel to respond to humanitarian and emergency cases across the territory.
The UAE said the latest convoy is part of a broader series of relief operations launched since the outbreak of the crisis in Gaza, reflecting the country’s continued humanitarian commitment to supporting affected families and easing suffering across healthcare, relief, and humanitarian sectors.
Operation Chivalrous Knight 3 has included the delivery of food aid, medical supplies, shelter assistance, and emergency relief support to civilians impacted by the conflict.
The UAE has repeatedly reaffirmed its commitment to supporting humanitarian efforts and strengthening relief operations for civilians affected by the crisis in Gaza.
