Sharjah Summer Promotions 2026 officially began on Tuesday, bringing a wide range of tourism, hospitality, retail, and entertainment offers across the emirate throughout the summer season.
The annual campaign is organised jointly by the Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority and the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry in partnership with government entities and private-sector organisations.
Running from May 26 until August 31, the campaign will span 100 consecutive days for the first time, featuring participation from hotels, shopping malls, retail outlets, and tourist attractions across Sharjah.
The season opens with promotions on hotel stays, hospitality packages, and entertainment activities, while major retail discounts on local and international brands are scheduled to begin from July 1.
Organisers said the initiative is designed to attract visitors from within the UAE and abroad by offering family-focused experiences that combine shopping, leisure, entertainment, and tourism.
Khalid Jasim Al Midfa said Sharjah continues to strengthen its reputation as one of the region’s leading family tourism destinations through its diverse cultural, tourism, and entertainment offerings supported by modern infrastructure and an expanding hospitality sector.
He added that Sharjah Summer Promotions 2026 aims to deliver an integrated seasonal experience where families and visitors can enjoy entertainment, relaxation, shopping, and exploration of the emirate’s attractions.
The programme includes events, workshops, and entertainment activities for children and families at major tourist destinations, shopping centres, and hospitality venues.
Featured attractions include Al Noor Island, Pearls Kingdom Waterpark, and Mleiha National Park, offering experiences ranging from nature and heritage to water adventures and desert tourism.
The campaign also includes discounts on fashion, electronics, perfumes, household products, dining, and hotel stays, aimed at supporting the retail and tourism sectors while stimulating economic activity across the emirate.
Organisers said the initiative reflects ongoing collaboration between government bodies, private companies, and strategic partners to strengthen Sharjah’s tourism and commercial landscape during the summer period.
