Multi-billion-dollar conglomerate consolidates regional leadership with a state-of-the-art hub at Garhoud Business Center
DUBAI: Trus Holding Group, a rapidly growing multinational conglomerate with a USD 1 billion annual turnover, has officially inaugurated its new corporate headquarters at the Garhoud Business Center in Dubai. The launch of this state-of-the-art facility marks a monumental milestone, coinciding with the Group’s 20th-anniversary celebrations and underscoring its strategic vision to consolidate global operations.
The corporate office was officially inaugurated by Sayyid Munavvar Ali Shihab Thangal, in the presence of chief guest Khalil Yassine, former Head of Unilever Arabia. The milestone event was hosted by the leadership team of Trus Holding Group, including Chairman & Managing Director Sameer Paravatty, Group President Fahad Bin Saoud Al Twaijry, and Group Director Ali Mohamed Siddiq Al Samti.
What began in 2006 as a single Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) wholesale operation in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, has transformed over two decades into a powerhouse conglomerate. Today, Trus Holding spans five core business divisions—Trading, Distribution, International Trade, In-House Brands, and Logistics & Supply Chain. The group manages a diversified portfolio of 12 companies across seven countries, including the GCC region and India, serving more than 5,000 B2B customers and managing over 1,000 trusted brands.
Speaking on the grand launch, Managing Director Sameer Paravatty emphasized Dubai’s role as a launchpad for the company’s future. “The inauguration of our new corporate office marks a significant milestone as we celebrate 20 years of growth, resilience, and business excellence since our establishment in 2006,” Paravatty said.
“As we scale our footprint across seven nations and manage an expanding portfolio of twelve specialized companies, this strategic hub in Dubai will serve as the core foundation for cross-border collaboration, technological innovation, and sustainable growth across all our business verticals. By centralizing our leadership and corporate strategy, we are better positioned to empower our regional partners, optimize our logistics network, and deliver outcomes for the businesses that trust us daily,” he added.
Supported by an expansive infrastructure that includes more than one million square feet of warehousing capacity and a fleet of over 200 vehicles, Trus Holding continues to streamline its cross-border operations. By bringing leadership and corporate functions together under one roof in Dubai, the conglomerate is primed to accelerate its growth across wholesale and international trading networks in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and beyond.
