The high-profile gathering at Atlantis The Palm sets the stage for the upcoming ’10X Expo 2026′.

DUBAI: Boosting the investment landscape in the United Arab Emirates, 10X Properties successfully concluded its Private Investor Business Meet at Atlantis The Palm, Dubai. The premium event witnessed the presentation of high-end real estate projects valued at over AED 100 billion. The strategic gathering served as a precursor to the highly anticipated ’10X Expo 2026′, bringing together top-tier investors, corporate leaders, and key industry stakeholders.

The event was officially inaugurated by H.E. Yaqoob Al Ali, Executive Director and Private Advisor to His Highness Sheikh Juma Al Maktoum. In his keynote address, H.E. Yaqoob Al Ali highlighted the rapidly expanding investment horizons across Dubai and the wider UAE, emphasizing the region’s robust economic stability.

Jassim Al Blooshi, VP of Sales at 10X Properties, presented the company’s extensive portfolio of mega real estate developments spanning Dubai and other emirates. Addressing the attendees, he discussed emerging market trends, contemporary challenges, and the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in driving efficiency and transparency across the real estate sector.

The meeting also shed light on the 10X Group’s integrated ecosystem, which seamlessly unifies real estate, law, technology, AI, and media. Representatives explained that 10X operates on a model that guarantees absolute transparency for both investors and developers throughout the lifecycle of a development—from land acquisition to project execution.

Sukesh Govindan, CEO of 10X Group, stated that Dubai remains at the global forefront of innovation and premier investment opportunities. He noted that the overwhelming response to the meet reflects strong investor confidence in the region.

The prestigious event was attended by an array of dignitaries and government officials, including H.E. Mohammed Al Dahoori (Member of the Sharjah Consultative Council), H.E. Haitham Mohamed Al Rayeesi (Chairman of the Safety and Emergency Security Association), Mohammed Ghanim Mustafa (Director General of the Ras Al Khaimah Radio Authority), and Fakhar Siddiqui (CEO of the Office of Sheikh Ahmed bin Obaid Al Maktoum).
