Collaborative initiative by The First Word Institute and Future Minds Training Centre aims to equip students with cutting-edge digital skills.
SHARJAH: In a bid to foster technical expertise and creative thinking skills among the younger generation, a comprehensive “AI & Tech Summer Camp” is set to launch in Sharjah. The initiative is jointly organized by The First Word Institute, Sharjah, and Future Minds Training Centre, Ajman. The special training camp will be held from July 6 to August 30, 2026, at the Sharjah Markaz Campus, catering to students aged 5 to 16.
Tailored to meet the demands of today’s fast-paced technological landscape, the camp will offer practical training in several future-oriented domains. The curriculum covers key areas such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Coding, Robotics, App Development, AI-Powered Design, Game Development, Cinematography, Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Communication, Financial Literacy, and AR/VR Technology.
The training programs will be conducted in age-appropriate batches. Beyond technical skills, the structured sessions are designed to enhance students’ self-confidence, communication abilities, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and leadership qualities. Blending education with entertainment, the camp also features creative workshops, field trips, public speaking sessions, competitions, life skills training, and a formal graduation ceremony.
