Dubai: On the first day of the Eid al-Adha festival, senior officials visited Dubai Airport to ensure the best services for travelers and to convey Eid greetings. This visit was meant to congratulate the officials on providing a smooth travel experience for passengers even on holidays and to evaluate their services. Senior officials, including GDRFA-Dubai General Director Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri and Assistant Director Major General Obaid Muhair Bin Surour, evaluated the services for passengers at the airport.The team of officials conducted an inspection at the airport with the goal of ensuring a pleasant travel experience for travelers during the Eid celebrations. The GDRFA has been continuously taking measures to maintain Dubai’s international reputation and to provide excellent travel facilities for passengers from around the world. The officials closely monitored the operations at the airport.

The Lieutenant General specifically praised the efficiency of the officials who provided services to ensure that passengers could travel quickly and without hindrances even on holidays. Along with that, they extended Eid wishes to them. The team also visited the modern facilities set up for passengers. The ‘Kids Passport Platform’ launched in April 2023 for children aged 4 to 12 years, smart gates, and smart track systems were assessed directly by the team. They also personally greeted the travelers present at the airport and wished them Eid greetings.
