Dubai, : Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has launched the “Promising Engineer – Fast Track” programme, aimed at developing exceptional Emirati engineering graduates. The initiative supports Emiratisation by offering structured training, mentoring, and hands-on experience across RTA sectors.Eligible candidates must be UAE nationals, hold an engineering degree with a GPA of at least 3.5, and have graduated within the past two years.
“This programme reflects our commitment to empowering national talent and preparing future leaders in engineering,” said Athari Mohamed, RTA’s Executive Director of Human Resources and Development.
The programme includes partnerships with top global firms and universities, offering participants exposure to key infrastructure projects and career advancement opportunities.
