DUBAI, July 11, 2026 — The United Arab Emirates Ministry of Education has officially released the names of the top-performing secondary school students for the 2025–2026 academic year. Following the announcement, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, extended his warmest congratulations to the nation’s outstanding students, recognizing education as the country’s ultimate national priority.
Reflecting on the milestone academic achievements, Sheikh Mohammed praised the hard work and resilience demonstrated by the students, their supportive families, and dedicated educators. Taking to his official account on X (formerly Twitter), the UAE leader emphasized the strategic value of the youth in steering the nation’s future development.
“Congratulations to our sons and daughters who ranked first in the general secondary examinations across the UAE. We also congratulate their families, who stayed up with them, supported and encouraged them, and their teachers, who instilled in them a love of knowledge and hard work,” His Highness noted in his message. “Our country will continue to provide the best environment to empower people, education will remain our greatest national project, and our children are our winning investment today and for the future.”
The Ministry of Education’s data spans multiple institutional structures, identifying excellence across government schools, private institutes, and Applied Technology Schools.
Government Education Stream
- Elite Stream: Abeer Abdulrahman Fayez Humaid Al Shamsi from Al Rashidiya Girls School Cycle 3 in Dubai claimed the top spot.
- Advanced Stream: Adam Mohammed Awad Awad Ibrahim from Al Khatim Boys School in Abu Dhabi secured the first position.
- General Stream: Hessa Rashid Musabah Abdulrahman Al Alili from Al Mawaheb School in Abu Dhabi ranked first.
Private Education Stream
- Advanced Stream: Ali Asim Hussein from Al Noor International School in Sharjah emerged as the top achiever.
- General Stream: Abdullah Yasser Abu Arabi from Al Ilm Academy in Abu Dhabi secured the premium rank.
Applied Technology Schools (ATS) Stream
- Advanced Science Stream: Rashed Ahmed Rashed Ali Al Qahtani from the Fujairah campus finished first.
- Advanced Stream: Shaikha Abdulaziz Abdulrahman Mohammed Al Hassouni representing the Ajman campus led the stream.
- General Stream: Maryam Saeed Hamad Al Hashemi Al Ketbi from the Umm Al Quwain campus captured the highest rank.
