Services will operate across 16 designated centres nationwide as direct submissions at the Indian Embassy and Consulate end.
ABU DHABI:Indian passport, visa, and document attestation services across the United Arab Emirates have officially transitioned to Al Hind Tours & Travels LLC, with operations commencing through 16 Indian Consular Application Centers (ICACs) nationwide.
The Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi and the Consulate General of India in Dubai confirmed that consular, passport, visa, and attestation applications will no longer be accepted directly at mission premises. All routine services are now routed exclusively through the newly designated ICAC network.
Under the revised system, all 16 application centres will operate daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Applicants are required to book appointments in advance via the official portal, consularsevainuae.com. To accommodate demand, new appointment slots are released twice daily at 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
The service fee charged by Al Hind has been set at Dh19, inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). This fee covers value-added administrative assistance, including form filling, photograph services, typing, printing, photocopying, and domestic courier delivery.
Diplomatic missions clarified that walk-in services will remain available for emergency cases, including Tatkal passport applications, newborn cases, Emergency Certificates (EC), and senior citizens aged 60 and above.
The outsourcing agreement aims to streamline administrative workflows, reduce waiting times, and provide a unified single-window platform for Indian expatriates and UAE residents.
