The Ministry of Foreign Affairs warns against escalating regional instability while reaffirming solidarity with the Hashemite Kingdom.
ABU DHABI : The United Arab Emirates has issued a firm condemnation following a renewed Iranian missile attack targeting Jordan, calling the action a flagrant violation of the kingdom’s national sovereignty and a direct threat to regional stability.
In a statement released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), Abu Dhabi reiterated its full solidarity with the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, endorsing all measures undertaken by Jordanian authorities to safeguard their territorial integrity, national security, and citizens.
Emphasizing the necessity of upholding international law and sovereign borders, the ministry highlighted that unprovoked military aggression against sovereign nations severely compromises middle eastern stability. The UAE urged international actors to intervene, de-escalate rising regional tensions, and curb actions that threaten regional security.
Abu Dhabi’s declaration aligns with its broader foreign policy framework, which consistently calls for diplomatic resolution, non-interference in sovereign domestic affairs, and adherence to international conventions. Ministry officials reiterated that protecting Jordan’s stability remains vital for security across the Middle East.
