DUBAI, August 5, 2026:A workshop fire in the Dubai South industrial zone late Tuesday night was safely extinguished with no casualties or injuries reported, local authorities said on Wednesday.
Emergency responders from Dubai Civil Defence contained the blaze, which erupted overnight inside an industrial workshop facility in the Dubai South area. While firefighters prevented the flames from spreading to surrounding structures, the fire caused extensive damage to several parked trucks and caravans inside the premises.
According to an official statement shared by the Dubai Media Office on Wednesday, emergency teams responded promptly after receiving reports of the incident. Firefighting crews managed to bring the blaze under control and complete cooling operations without any recorded injuries among workers or first responders.
Investigations are currently underway by Dubai Civil Defence and relevant local authorities to determine the exact cause of the fire and assess the total physical damage caused to the vehicles and property.
