DUBAI :Global Village has officially opened registration for entrepreneurs, restaurateurs, and food vendors wishing to establish food and beverage concepts for its upcoming Season 30.
Entrepreneurs and food enterprise owners can now apply to secure retail, kiosk, and restaurant spaces across Dubai’s Global Village, management announced. The registration process opens opportunities for local and international culinary businesses to operate within one of the region’s highest-footfall multicultural destinations.
Global Village management confirmed that submissions are now being accepted through its dedicated digital business portal. The registration drive caters to a wide spectrum of concepts, ranging from quick-service kiosks and food trucks to expansive casual dining setups and unique street food stalls.
The selection process evaluates concepts based on originality, quality, operational capacity, and menu diversity. Management noted that preference will be given to vendors offering authentic cultural cuisines, innovative food presentations, and concepts that complement the park’s existing multicultural framework.
Selected partners receive structured operational support from Global Village, including infrastructure provisioning, utility connectivity, logistics coordination, and administrative assistance required to secure necessary municipal approvals in Dubai.
During its previous edition, Global Village hosted over 200 food and beverage outlets, drawing millions of visitors throughout its operational months. Season 30 aims to expand its culinary offerings to accommodate growing visitor traffic and shifting consumer preferences.
