Dubai – A delegation from the International Promoters Association (IPA), a prominent network of Malayali entrepreneurs in the UAE, visited Markaz Knowledge City to explore various business ventures operating within the city. The delegation, led by IPA Chairman Mr. Riyaz Kilton, was warmly welcomed by officials at the Knowledge City.
Markaz Knowledge City, known for creating expansive business opportunities within a short span of time, houses over thirty institutions spanning across sectors such as healthcare, education, hospitality, housing, and culture. The Integrated Business Association (IBA), the collective body of these enterprises, organized the visit and coordinated the events.
During the visit, both IPA and Markaz-based business leaders held discussions to evaluate possibilities for mutual cooperation and partnerships. In his inaugural address, IPA Chairman Mr. Riyaz Kilton highlighted the significance of such collaborations in fostering sustainable economic growth. Sayyid Shihabuddin Thangal presented key topics related to the development initiatives, while IBA Chairman Dr. Mohammed Shareef presided over the meeting. The event began with a welcome address by Convener Mr. Shoukath Ali.

Representatives from various enterprises within Markaz Knowledge City participated in the event, including Tigris Valley Wellness Retreat, Face Inn Hotel, M Tower, Valencia Galleria, DBI, HTI, Mihras Hospital, Unani Medical College & Hospital, Law College, Alif Global School, Talentmark Souq, Jami’ul Huthuth, and Landmark Capcon Residency, among others.
The visit marked a significant step towards building strategic alliances between the UAE-based IPA network and the rapidly growing business ecosystem of Markaz Knowledge City.
