The immigration authority calls on residents and visitors to complete a one-minute bilingual questionnaire aimed at upgrading service delivery and digital operations.

DUBAI:Dubai’s General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) has initiated its 2026 Corporate Reputation Survey, asking residents, travelers, and business owners across the emirate to submit direct feedback on its entry, visa, and residency services.

The annual evaluation allows service users to rate administrative efficiency, digital portal functionality, and staff interactions. Department officials stated that public submissions will directly inform strategic operational updates across entry portals, residency processing centers, and customer happiness platforms.

Available in English and Arabic, the online questionnaire takes approximately one minute to complete. Participants evaluate overall service performance, clarity of procedures, and procedural accessibility, highlighting areas where operational protocols require adjustment.

“Your opinion forms part of our partnership,” the directorate announced in its public invitation, underscoring customer feedback as a driver for policy enhancement and digital transformation.

The residency authority assured respondents that all submitted feedback and personal metrics will remain strictly confidential, protected under UAE data privacy regulations, and utilized solely for internal quality assessment.

GDRFA Dubai oversees all entry permits, residence visas, establishment cards, and border control procedures across Dubai’s land, sea, and air ports. Over recent years, the department has steadily automated core immigration processes to eliminate physical documentation and streamline processing times.

The survey can be accessed directly via official GDRFA communication channels, designated QR codes, and the official UAE government survey portal.
