Roads and Transport Authority. 31August 2026:Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), in collaboration with global car rental company Europcar, has announced an exclusive offer for ‘nol Travel’ cardholders, providing discounts of up to 40% on car rental services, effective from 1 September 2026 for a full year.

The offer provides beneficiaries with greater flexibility and added value in their mobility choices, whether within the UAE or across various global destinations where Europcar operates. This enhances their access to the company’s global network and diverse mobility solutions.

The launch of this offer reflects RTA’s commitment to strengthening private-sector partnerships and translating them into tangible benefits and services for customers, addressing their diverse needs while advancing Dubai’s vision of an integrated, flexible and sustainable mobility ecosystem.

The partnership further reinforces RTA’s dedication to developing an integrated range of benefits associated with ‘nol Travel’ card, offering cardholders with added value beyond public transport and providing broader options that combine flexibility, ease of use, extensive reach and competitive value.
