Global Village, Dubai’s premier multicultural festival and family entertainment destination, has officially announced the dates for its landmark 30th season. Opening from October 15, 2025, to May 10, 2026, the event is set to be the “most spectacular” edition in its history, according to organisers. After attracting a record-breaking 10.5 million visitors last season, expectations are high as Global Village marks three decades of celebrating global culture, innovation, and entertainment.
Visitors to this highly anticipated event can expect the traditional blend of international pavilions, world cuisines, cultural performances, shopping zones, thrilling rides, and live entertainment, all enhanced with special surprises in celebration of the park’s 30th anniversary. Although ticket prices for the upcoming season are yet to be announced, last season saw entry fees ranging from Dh25 to Dh30, with free access for children under three, seniors above 65, and people of determination. The official Global Village website indicates that ticket pricing details will be revealed in October.
Since its modest beginnings in 1996, with only a handful of pavilions along Dubai Creek, Global Village has expanded into one of the UAE’s most visited attractions. Last season, the park featured over 30 themed pavilions, showcasing traditional crafts, authentic cuisines, cultural performances, and products from countries around the world. In addition to this rich tapestry of global culture, the park hosted more than 40,000 shows, over 200 dining outlets, and nearly 200 rides and attractions, making it a magnet for tourists and residents alike.
Highlight attractions of the anniversary season are expected to include the park’s signature seven New Year countdown fireworks displays, which have become a crowd favorite. Organisers confirmed that the park remains closed during the summer months to escape the searing heat and focus on preparations for the next season.
