Dubai, 22 September 2025: The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) Dubai is participating in Ru’ya – Careers UAE 2025, scheduled from 23–25 September, offering 100 career opportunities to promising Emirati talent. The event serves as a strategic platform for both government and private organisations to connect with jobseekers and foster the empowerment of national talent.
This year, RTA’s focus is on preparing young Emiratis for the digital job market, with opportunities in artificial intelligence, data science, information security, infrastructure, and engineering projects, reflecting Dubai’s rapid technological transformation.
Athari Mohamed, Executive Director of Human Resources and Development at RTA, said: “RTA seeks to attract future leaders through dedicated pathways that qualify a new generation of national talent capable of driving strategic projects. Direct interviews will match applicants’ skills with suitable positions and identify tailored training programmes.”
RTA will also showcase specialised training initiatives including the New Manager Programme, Advanced Leadership Programme, Scholarship Programme, Learn from Leaders, and the Promising Engineer – Fast Track Programme. These initiatives cater to young talent, female staff, People of Determination, and technical and engineering cadres, aiming to build a highly qualified Emirati workforce ready for the demands of the future job market.
Mohamed added, “RTA’s participation reflects its commitment to attracting, developing, and empowering national talent in line with government strategies for sustainable development, enabling Emiratis to reach leadership positions and contribute effectively to the nation’s growth.”
