Bringing together business leaders from the UAE and Kerala alongside emerging entrepreneurs, ‘IPA Eagle BizCon 2026 – Season 4’ held at the Sharjah Expo Centre emerged as a landmark event. Organized jointly by the International Promoters Association (IPA), chaired by entrepreneur Riyas Kilthan, and the Eagles Business Network, led by business coach Shameem Rafeeq, the conclave saw participation from over 500 entrepreneurs from Kerala and the UAE.
Danube Group founder and chairman Rizwan Sajan, the chief guest, shared his journey from humble beginnings in Mumbai to building a real estate empire in Dubai. He highlighted Dubai’s status as one of the world’s most business-friendly cities with low taxation and a legally fair environment, and explained how social media can be effectively leveraged for global business growth.
The event featured a ‘Success Case Study’ session, where leaders from Nellara, Deep Sea Foods, and Hotpack shared their entrepreneurial experiences. Notable speakers included Shamsudheen, Fazlu Rahman, A.K. Moithunni, Abdullah (Nellara), Fahiyas, Yusuf, Hamsa K.K., Harris (Deep Sea), Abdul Jabbar, Sainudheen P.B., Jasir, Anwar, and Nijib Sulaiman (Hotpack).
The ‘Voice of Industry’ panel discussion highlighted insights from diverse sectors, with speakers such as Harris Kattampat (Clickon CEO), Jenny Joseph (Jenny Flowers), Nijil Ibrahimkutty (Bludot Air Ambulance), Rasheed V.P. (Ibn Batuta Drug Store), and Satheesh Kumar (Calicut Notebook Restaurant).
Emerging entrepreneurs from Kerala shared their success stories and strategies, inspiring the next generation of business leaders. Key participants included Riyas (Atlas Maharani Group MD), Joseph (Akkara Gold MD), Tinsu Mathew (Elsol Power Solutions MD), and Ash Bineesh (Competitive Cracker MD), who shared lessons from overcoming business challenges.
IPA chairman Riyas Kilthan presided over the event, while IPA founder A.K. Faisal highlighted the association’s vision and mission. The closing ceremony featured a keynote by Aries Group chairman Sohan Roy, and former UAE Minister Dr. Mohammed Said Al Kindi attended as a distinguished guest. In celebration of IPA’s 10th anniversary, the organization unveiled its new logo. Various awards were also presented across categories, and the contributions of Hope Child Cancer Care Foundation chairman Harris Kattakath and other dignitaries were recognized.
