The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai (GDRFA Dubai) has released an official brochure detailing its service timings for Ramadan 2026.
The announcement highlights the department’s preparedness to maintain smooth operations during the holy month. Offices including the Al Jafiliya headquarters, Al Manara Center, and Al Twar Center will provide services from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with adjusted Friday timings.
The Terminal 3 Customer Happiness Center at Dubai International Airport will continue 24-hour service to support travelers. Smart platforms such as the GDRFA DXB app, Dubai Now app, and the official website will also remain fully operational round the clock.
Al Aweer Customer Happiness Center will operate from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily, with split shifts on Fridays. Residents can also contact the Amer call center at 8005111 for assistance at any time.
Through this initiative, GDRFA Dubai reinforces its commitment to customer convenience, efficient service delivery, and supporting Dubai’s vision of government excellence during Ramadan.
