Dubai: The organisers of Big Bad Wolf Books Dubai 2026, the world’s largest book sale, have announced that the event has been extended until March 15 at the Sound Stage in Dubai Studio City.
Originally scheduled to conclude on March 8, the extension comes in response to strong public demand, allowing more families, students, and book lovers across the UAE to visit the event.
According to Andrew Yap, Co-founder of Big Bad Wolf Books, the extension was granted after receiving thousands of requests from both returning visitors and first-time attendees. He noted that the additional days will allow more people to explore the over one million books showcased at the venue.

The sale features around 18,000 titles across a wide range of genres and age groups, including children’s books, activity books, fiction, and young adult literature, catering to the diverse reading interests of the UAE’s multicultural community.
Held under the theme “Beyond the Noise,” the 2026 edition highlights the importance of reconnecting with meaningful reading in a world filled with constant digital distractions. The event aims to encourage families to develop sustainable reading habits while making books more affordable and accessible.
Visitors can also participate in lucky draws, with prizes including a MacBook Air and shopping vouchers worth AED 1,000. Shoppers spending AED 200 in a single receipt will receive one entry into the draw.
Students and educators are also offered an additional 5% discount on all English books upon presenting a valid ID at checkout.
Big Bad Wolf Books, founded in Malaysia in 2009, has grown into a global reading movement, bringing massive book sales to over 55 cities in 17 countries worldwide.
