Reinstated four-times-weekly service brings relief to overseas commuters; Riyadh flights continue as scheduled.

DUBAI: Cebu Pacific (CEB) has announced the resumption of its popular Manila–Dubai–Manila route starting July 2, 2026. The decision follows comprehensive safety assessments and close coordination with Dubai airport authorities, marking a significant step in restoring the airline’s key Middle East network.

The reinstated service will operate four times a week under flight numbers 5J 14/15. Passengers looking to travel between the two major hubs can book flights scheduled for every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Seamless Rebooking for Impacted Passengers

In light of the resumption, Cebu Pacific has opened its online systems for passengers affected by previous flight cancellations on this route. Travelers holding disrupted bookings can now self-manage their itineraries and rebook their flights directly through the airline’s official ‘Manage Booking’ portal.

To ensure a smooth transition, management has urged passengers to regularly verify their flight status and update their personal contact details on the platform to receive real-time operational notifications.

Riyadh Operations and Customer Support

While operations to Dubai are set to restart, Cebu Pacific confirmed that its services connecting Manila and Riyadh remain fully operational. The Manila–Riyadh sector continues its four-times-weekly schedule with departures on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. The return flights from Riyadh to Manila operate every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

Need Assistance? Cebu Pacific has advised passengers seeking immediate clarifications or booking assistance to utilize the live chat support on its official website or reach out via verified social media channels.

The carrier extended its gratitude to the global travel community and its passenger base for their patience and continued support as it systematically restores its vital flight paths across the Middle East.
