The three-day spiritual camp themed ‘The Jesus Journey’ features renowned counselor Deepu George as the keynote speaker.
SHARJAH, July 3 — The annual Vacation Bible School (VBS 2026), organized under the auspices of the Sharjah CSI Parish Sunday School Department, commences today, July 3, running through July 5.
The three-day spiritual and educational camp is being held under the prayerful leadership of the Parish Vicar, Rev. Jacob George. This year’s event centers around the theme “The Jesus Journey,” inspired by the biblical scripture from Matthew 28:20: “And teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Mr. Deepu George, a prominent counselor, motivational speaker, and Chief Inspirer of JII, will lead the core sessions. The curriculum is specially designed to foster Christian values and spiritual growth among children through a blend of worship, intensive Bible study, music, creative learning methodologies, and engaging recreational activities.
The extensive arrangements for VBS 2026 are being supervised by the Sunday School Headmistress, Mrs. Anila Philip, alongside the Church Committee and various other parish organizations.
VBS 2026 Schedule:
- Friday, July 3: 06:30 PM to 09:30 PM
- Saturday, July 4: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM
- Sunday, July 5: 10:30 AM to 01:00 PM
