DUBAI: In a major milestone for public sector efficiency, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defence, announced that Dubai has successfully overhauled 1,474 government services over the past three years.
The massive transformation, executed under the emirate’s 360 Services Policy, has drastically reduced the time, effort, and financial costs for customers, further cementing Dubai’s reputation as a global leader in governance.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Sheikh Hamdan emphasized that the initiative focused heavily on an integrated approach to completely redesign and elevate the customer experience.
“Our journey continues because our goal is for the Government of Dubai to remain closest to the people, the quickest in meeting their aspirations, and the world’s most inspiring model for delivering government services,” Sheikh Hamdan stated.
