Dubai: In a move aimed at enhancing intergovernmental collaboration, the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai (GDRFA-Dubai) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA).
The agreement was signed by Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of GDRFA-Dubai, and Mohammed Abdullah Lengawi, Director General of DCAA, in the presence of senior officials from both entities.
The partnership seeks to strengthen cooperation between the two government bodies by streamlining data exchange, fostering technological integration, and establishing a comprehensive digital system to enhance operational efficiency.
This initiative aligns with Dubai’s broader digital transformation strategy, aiming to provide faster, more seamless, and improved services to the public. By leveraging advanced technologies, the collaboration is expected to significantly enhance coordination between GDRFA-Dubai and DCAA, ultimately raising the efficiency and quality of government services.
