The 16th edition of the annual contest targets expatriate Keralites across the GCC, Europe, Africa, and North America with cash prizes for winners.
DUBAI, Aug 21:The Risala Study Circle (RSC) has launched the preliminary round of its 16th annual Global Milad Test, offering expatriate Keralites worldwide an opportunity to deepen their understanding of Islamic history.
This year’s competition centers on the theme “Roots of Light,” focusing on the family history and domestic life of the Prophet Muhammad. Expatriate Keralites living outside India, including those across the GCC, Europe, Africa, and North America, are eligible to participate through a dedicated digital platform.
The preliminary phase opened on August 18 and will run through September 7. Candidates who qualify in this online evaluation will advance to the final examination scheduled for September 11.
RSC officials stated in a press release that the contest aims to highlight the historical context and life lessons of the Prophet’s family lineage for contemporary society. Study materials and reference questionnaires are made available directly through the official event portal.
The organizers have announced cash awards for top performers across two main categories:
General Category
- First Prize: ₹50,000
- Second Prize: ₹25,000
Students Category
- First Prize: ₹15,000
- Second Prize: ₹10,000
