Dubai: In a strategic step to improve service integration and elevate the quality of life for residents and visitors, the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai (GDRFA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Rental Disputes Center. The agreement reflects Dubai’s ongoing commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and its vision of becoming one of the world’s happiest and most livable cities.
According to the terms of the MoU, the two entities will collaborate on information exchange, the development of joint projects, and the sharing of innovative ideas to streamline services. Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of GDRFA Dubai, highlighted that the agreement embodies the principle of “People First,” emphasizing that seamless and interconnected services are key to enhancing customer happiness and overall quality of life.
