The Department of Culture and Tourism Abu Dhabi launches an initiative waiving visa fees on select holiday packages through October 2026.
ABU DHABI, August 10, 2026:Indian travelers planning a trip to Abu Dhabi can now secure a free entry visa under a initiative launched by the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi).
To qualify, visitors must book a minimum three-night holiday package through participating travel agencies and online booking platforms. The tourism authority will cover the full cost of the entry visa, removing the additional fee usually passed on to travelers.
The offer applies to bookings for travel between August 1 and October 31, 2026. During this initial phase, DCT Abu Dhabi has capped the cap at 20,000 visas.
The move aims to boost visitor numbers from India, one of Abu Dhabi’s key source markets for international tourism, while encouraging longer stays in the emirate. Travel partners and online agencies participating in the promotion will automatically process the complimentary visa for eligible package purchases.
