Over 600 delegates will gather in Dubai for an intensive four-session training programme followed by an international conference featuring Arab dignitaries, ministers, and lawmakers.
DUBAI, UAE:The Kasaragod District Committee of Dubai KMCC has announced plans to host a major leadership training workshop and international conference, titled ‘Leadex Horizon 2026’, in Dubai on Sunday, October 25.
The event will take place at the specially arranged P.A. Ibrahim Haji Square in Dubai. Organisers said the day-long programme is designed to strengthen organisational frameworks and equip community leaders with modern management and public service skills adapted to evolving global challenges.
More than 600 selected delegates representing various constituency, municipal, and panchayat committees across the United Arab Emirates are scheduled to participate in the training camp. The instructional sessions will be divided into four modules led by internationally recognized professional trainers.
The day’s proceedings will conclude with an international evening conference attended by prominent Arab dignitaries, government ministers, members of parliament, state legislators, and leading figures from socio-political and cultural sectors.
Preparations for the event were finalized during a executive meeting held at the Abu Hail KMCC headquarters, chaired by Kasaragod District President Salam Kanyapadi. Acting General Secretary Ashraf Bayar delivered the welcome address and introductory remarks.
Dubai KMCC state committee leaders Abdulla Arangadi and Afsal Mettammal attended the session alongside Kasaragod District Treasurer Dr. Ismail Mogral, Salam Thattanchery, Nourdheen C.H., Ismail Nalamvathukkal, Subair Abdulla, Hassainar Beejanthadukka, Asif Hosangadi, Nourdheen P.D., and Siddique Chowki. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks presented by Secretary Basheer Pallikkara.
