Indian Relief Committee hosts diplomatic gathering to strengthen bilateral ties and engage regional business leaders
Ras Al Khaimah : The Indian Relief Committee (IRC), Ras Al Khaimah, had the honor of welcoming H.E. Dr. Deepak Mittal, Ambassador of India to the UAE, at Ras Al Khaimah Hotel on 09 July 2026. The event was attended by members of various Indian community organizations and business leaders from Ras Al Khaimah. It provided an excellent opportunity for meaningful interaction and reaffirmed the strong bond between the Indian diplomatic mission and the Indian community in the Emirate.
His Excellency emphasized that Vande Mataram, meaning “I bow to thee, Mother” or “Praise to the Motherland,” reflects the deep patriotism that is ingrained in the DNA of every Indian. He also expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Government of the United Arab Emirates and to His Highness the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah for their continued support, hospitality, and the strong bonds of friendship shared with the Indian community.
Dr. Nisham Noorudeen, President of the Indian Relief Committee, delivered the welcome address, while Dr. Mathew K. M. proposed the vote of thanks.
