Strengthening retail accessibility for customers across the UAE, Lulu Group has partnered with ADNOC Distribution to open its first Lulu Daily store at the ADNOC Hub in Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi.

The store was officially inaugurated by Engineer Bader Saeed Al Lamki, CEO of ADNOC Distribution, in the presence of Lulu Group Chairman M.A. Yusuffali. On the occasion, both leaders also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to open four additional Lulu stores across various ADNOC Hubs in the UAE.

The initiative is part of ‘The Hub by ADNOC’ concept, aimed at enhancing convenience for motorists and visitors. In addition to retail services, the ADNOC Hub features electric vehicle charging stations, car service areas, restaurants, and co-working spaces—transforming fuel stations into integrated lifestyle destinations.

Expressing his satisfaction over the collaboration, M.A. Yusuffali stated that the partnership ensures more convenient shopping experiences for customers, even during travel. He added that the project aligns with the UAE Vision 2031 by contributing to innovation and service excellence in the retail sector.

Engineer Bader Saeed Al Lamki described the partnership with Lulu as a significant milestone for ‘The Hub by ADNOC’ initiative, noting that Lulu’s strong retail expertise would enhance customer experience and service quality.

Spread across 16,566 square feet, the Lulu Daily store offers a wide range of daily essentials including groceries, fresh fruits and vegetables, bakery and roastery items, dairy products, meat, and beauty products. Self-checkout counters have also been installed to ensure seamless and efficient shopping.

Senior officials present at the inauguration included ADNOC Chief Operating Officer Klaus Mantel, Chief Marketing Officer Jacqueline Al Boggdady, Chief Shared Services and Technical Officer Saeed Al Ahbabi, Lulu Group Executive Director Ashraf Ali M.A., CEO Saifee Rupawala, Chief Operating and Strategy Officer Salim V.I., Marketing and Communications Director V. Nandakumar, Project Development Director Abubacker T., and Abu Dhabi & Al Dhafra Director Ajay Kumar.

The expansion marks a new chapter in convenience retail, bringing Lulu’s trusted shopping experience closer to customers across ADNOC’s growing network.
