Dubai witnessed a landmark educational celebration as His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, attended the 25th anniversary celebration of the PACE Group, held under the banner “PACE Silviora” at the Etisalat Academy in Muhaisnah. The event brought together more than 6,000 attendees, including leadership, educators, staff members, and their families, reflecting the Group’s strong community spirit.

The celebration was attended by members of the PACE Group’s Board of Directors, senior leadership, and key stakeholders, underscoring the collective governance and vision that have guided the Group’s educational journey over the past 25 years. Over 2,000 teachers and educators were among the attendees, highlighting the people-centric culture that defines the institution.

Addressing the gathering, Sheikh Nahyan reflected on the legacy of the late Dr. P. A. Ibrahim Haji, Founder and Chairman of the PACE Group, noting his arrival in the UAE in 1966 and his lifelong contributions to education and human development. He described the establishment of the PACE Group 25 years ago as a living testament to Dr. Haji’s enduring vision and commitment to shaping future generations through education.

Sheikh Nahyan reaffirmed the UAE’s unwavering dedication to education and human empowerment under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE. He emphasized that the nation values the role of both citizens and expatriates in advancing education and praised the Ibrahim family for their continued efforts in delivering quality education across the UAE, India, and Kuwait.

Commending the PACE Group’s holistic approach, Sheikh Nahyan highlighted the importance of nurturing character, integrity, tolerance, and responsibility alongside academic excellence. He expressed confidence that PACE graduates are emerging as principled global citizens capable of making a positive impact in an increasingly complex world.

The event also honored 743 long-serving employees who completed 30, 20, 10, and 5 years of service, recognizing their dedication with commemorative shields and gold coins. A documentary film paying tribute to the life and vision of the late Dr. Ibrahim Haji was screened, offering a moving insight into his leadership and humanitarian legacy.

The celebration concluded with a reaffirmation of the PACE Group’s commitment to delivering inclusive, values-driven, and high-quality education, reinforcing its mission to contribute meaningfully to sustainable development and future-ready generations.
