Dubai: Symbolic Developments has introduced a new limited-time offer for homebuyers in Dubai, bundling a Jetour T2 SUV with every apartment purchased at its Symbolic Zen Residences project during the month of May. The initiative applies to all purchases made between May 1 and May 31, 2026, and was announced following a signing agreement with Elite Group Holding, the UAE distributor of Jetour. Located in Al Furjan, Symbolic Zen Residences is a low-density residential development designed primarily for families and long-term residents rather than short-term investors. The project focuses on creating a more comfortable and practical living environment, with fewer units, larger layouts, and a quieter community setting.

What the offer means for buyers

Under this offer, buyers are not only purchasing a home but also receiving a ready-to-use family vehicle. The idea behind the initiative is to combine two major lifestyle needs—housing and transportation—into a single package. Developers say this reflects a growing trend in the UAE, where homebuyers are looking beyond just property ownership and are increasingly interested in convenience, lifestyle benefits, and overall value. The Jetour T2 SUV included in the offer is positioned as a family-friendly vehicle, known for its spacious interior and suitability for both city driving and longer trips—making it a practical addition for residents.

Focus on everyday living

Symbolic Zen Residences has been designed with daily family life in mind. Homes in the project come fully furnished and include features such as:

  • En-suite bedrooms and closed kitchens for privacy
  • Large balconies and 12-foot ceilings for added space
  • Smart home systems for convenience
  • Layouts designed to maximise natural light and airflow

The community also includes amenities aimed at wellness and recreation, such as temperature-controlled swimming pools, a yoga and meditation deck, jogging tracks, children’s play areas, and spa facilities including sauna and steam rooms. In addition, the development incorporates sustainability features like electric vehicle charging stations and energy-efficient systems.

Murtaza Moiz, Vice Chairman of Symbolic Developments, said buyers today are thinking more holistically about their lifestyle: “People are no longer looking at just the property—they are thinking about how they will live day to day. By including a vehicle with the home, we are trying to make that transition into a new lifestyle easier and more complete.”

Haroon Hayat, CFO of Elite Group Holding, added that the partnership brings together two essential parts of daily life: “The Jetour T2 is designed for practical, everyday use in the UAE. This collaboration connects mobility with residential living in a way that reflects real needs.”

The offer comes at a time when Dubai’s real estate sector continues to see steady demand, particularly from end-users planning long-term stays. Developers are increasingly adding incentives and lifestyle benefits to make projects more attractive and competitive. By combining homeownership with mobility, Symbolic Developments is positioning this project as part of a broader shift towards more integrated and convenience-focused living in the UAE.
