Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has inaugurated a new vehicle testing and registration centre operated by Al Mutakamela in Al Qusais, further expanding its service network across Dubai.
The newly opened facility marks the 30th vehicle testing and registration service location in the emirate, reinforcing RTA’s commitment to enhancing accessibility and improving customer experience in line with Dubai Government directives.
The centre is designed with a modern concept and built to meet advanced service standards, both in terms of infrastructure and operational efficiency. It features seven testing lanes dedicated to light vehicles and an additional lane for motorcycles, all equipped with the latest technologies.
Staffed by a qualified team of inspectors and service personnel, the centre is equipped to serve both individual customers and businesses while adhering to the highest safety and quality standards.
RTA stated that the new branch has been launched in coordination with its internal entities to ensure seamless service delivery across all segments of society. Particular attention has been given to accessibility, with services tailored to support People of Determination and senior citizens, including both Emiratis and residents.
The opening of the Al Mutakamela centre in Al Qusais is expected to ease demand on existing facilities, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to a more streamlined customer journey for vehicle owners.
Service Hours
The centre operates from Monday to Saturday between 7:30 am and 10:30 pm. On Fridays, services are available from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
