Luxury waterfront development on Dubai Islands moves into its second phase following complete sales absorption ahead of official launch

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates — Casa Vista Development has officially released Phase 2 of its flagship waterfront residential project, AQUORA, after the development’s initial phase completely sold out ahead of its scheduled unveiling at Madinat Jumeirah.

The announcement was made before an audience of more than 800 investors, partners, and industry guests on October 28, confirming the immediate availability of the project’s next tranche of inventory on Dubai Islands.

AQUORA is designed around an architectural concept termed “Form Follows Flow,” incorporating maritime and water-inspired elements across its structural layout. The development occupies a 50,000-square-foot site with a total built-up area of 242,000 square feet, comprising 105 residential units alongside six dedicated waterfront retail spaces.

Residential amenities across the property span more than 20 lifestyle facilities, including a 22-metre rooftop infinity pool, a Technogym fitness centre, a dedicated yoga studio, a Zen Garden, and a pickleball court. Handover for all units within the project is scheduled for the first quarter of 2028.

“What made the AQUORA evening special was not only the unveiling, but the confidence and enthusiasm we saw around the project,” said Abdul Basit, Chairman of Casa Vista Development. “Phase 1 had already sold out before the unveiling, and the subsequent release of Phase 2 gives more people the opportunity to be part of the development. For Casa Vista, this is also a moment to look ahead as we continue preparing new projects guided by our commitment to thoughtful design, quality and trust.”

Casa Vista Development operates on an institutional track record tracing back to 2012, encompassing commercial operations across construction, real estate, logistics, commodities, and trading, with dedicated real estate investment activities active since 2015. The firm confirmed that additional residential projects are currently in preparation to expand its Dubai real estate footprint.
