Dubai has concluded 2025 with sweeping revisions to public parking fees across 17 key locations, following the full implementation of a new tariff framework by Parkin, the emirate’s largest operator of paid public parking services.
Introduced and refined over the course of the year, the updated structure brings new parking tariffs, revised existing rates, and standardised hourly limits and subscription packages. Parkin said the changes are intended to enhance parking efficiency, better manage high-demand zones, and help reduce traffic congestion in some of the city’s busiest districts.
Under the revised pricing system, parking charges now start from Dh2 for 30 minutes or one hour in select areas, rising to Dh36 for 24 hours in premium and high-demand locations. Subscription plans have also been adjusted, with monthly passes starting at Dh300 and annual subscriptions reaching up to Dh4,040, depending on location and demand.
Officials noted that the new framework aims to strike a balance between the needs of residents, commuters, and visitors, while promoting more efficient use of public parking spaces across Dubai.
