Dubai: Senior officials conducted an inspection of passenger services at Dubai airports during the Eid Al Fitr holiday rush. The inspection was led by Lieutenant General Mohammed Al Marri, Director General of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) Dubai, on the first day of Eid.

During the visit, the team assessed the efficiency of digital systems, speed of travel procedures, and overall passenger experience across the airport facilities. Senior officials, including Deputy Director General Obaid Muhair Bin Suroor, were part of the delegation.

Mohammed Al Marri emphasized GDRFA’s commitment to ensuring fast, seamless, and world-class services for travelers in line with Dubai’s global standards. He noted that field team preparedness and strong coordination between departments are key to delivering exceptional service.

He also interacted with passport control officers and other airport staff, praising their dedication and professionalism. Extending Eid greetings to both staff and passengers, he acknowledged the efforts of employees in ensuring smooth travel during the busy holiday period.

The visit is part of GDRFA’s ongoing field inspections aimed at enhancing passenger experience. A large number of travelers used Dubai airports even on the day of Eid.
