Dubai: The General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai (GDRFA Dubai) organised a special gathering titled “Partners of Impact” to honour sponsors and partners who have supported the organisation’s institutional and community initiatives. The event was held at the GDRFA headquarters, highlighting the importance of partnerships in achieving sustainable development.
The initiative aligns with the development vision of UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, emphasising that strengthened cooperation between the public and private sectors is essential for keeping pace with global changes and reinforcing the UAE’s economic position.
The event was attended by Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of GDRFA Dubai; Abdullah Hamdan bin Dalmook, CEO of the Hamdan bin Mohammed Heritage Center; Major General Obaid Muhair bin Suroor, Deputy Director General of GDRFA Dubai; along with assistant directors, partners, and key stakeholders.




In his address, Lt. Gen. Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri stated that GDRFA’s achievements are the result of collective efforts, stressing that no institution can reach excellence independently without partners working towards a shared goal. He praised the vital role played by partners in GDRFA’s journey of excellence.
Abdullah Hamdan bin Dalmook noted that “Partners of Impact” represents a development model built on value-based collaboration and sustainability.
The programme featured a video presentation showcasing GDRFA’s major achievements and initiatives, an interactive discussion session allowing partners to share ideas, and a presentation outlining the organisation’s future plans. Sponsors and partners who played a key role in GDRFA’s success were formally honoured during the event.
