Sharjah Indian School, along with Al Ibtisama and Gulf Rose Nursery, has announced the resumption of full academic operations from April 20, 2026, after a temporary disruption caused by recent regional developments.
The institutions, owned and managed by the Indian Association Sharjah, confirmed that all campuses are fully prepared to welcome students back in a safe and secure learning environment.
The decision follows a comprehensive assessment conducted in coordination with the Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA), ensuring that all safety protocols and operational standards are in place.
School authorities emphasised that the safety and well-being of students remain their top priority, with measures implemented to maintain a stable and supportive academic setting.
On the occasion, the management expressed gratitude to Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, as well as the leadership of the United Arab Emirates, for their continued commitment to ensuring peace, stability, and the uninterrupted progress of education.
The institutions also acknowledged the patience and resilience shown by parents, staff, and students during the disruption, expressing confidence in a smooth and successful continuation of the academic year.
